Dr. Bliss (voice over)
About the Job
DR. BLISS is the provocative, charismatic host of a darkly absurd podcast. Fast, sharp, unpredictable and completely at home behind a microphone, she can move from outrageous comedy to an unexpectedly sincere thought, then immediately destroy the moment with a joke. We’re looking for a performer with strong comedic timing, a distinctive voice, improvisational instincts, and big personality. Think the manic radio energy and irreverence of Jack Lucas in The Fisher King, reimagined as a woman hosting a contemporary podcast. Voice-over role. The character is heard throughout the film but never seen. The performance is a vital part of the film’s rhythm and identity.
